Making GIF with Photoshop CS2 (for biginer)

First of all...Ctrl+n

Put in 100x100pixels...Then...use paint bucket tool to paint it to black. Create 2 layers and draw 5 dots in the layer 1... Draw 4 dots in layer 2...Go to Window and click Animation...An animation window will popup and click the "eye" beside the layer to turned the layer off.Click the "duplicates selected frames" button at the animation window to create new frame.Select the 2nd frame and open the layer 1 by click on the "eye" again. Duplicates new frame and open layer 2:Close layer 1 in the 3rd frames:Duplicates new frame again in frame 3:

Using move tool to move layer 2 to the right side:Duplicates new frame again, in the 4th frame click "on" the layer 1:Move the layer 1 to the right by using move tool again:Click the 1st frame and click the "Tweens animation frames" button at the animation window.

In the tween window put 3 in the "Frames to add" then click "ok"

Make sure in "Tween with" select the Previous Frame:Then... in the 5th frame, do the same thing as above:In frame 10 open the layer 2:Click back to frame 9 and do the same thing u do in frame 1 (see above):Do the same thing as above in frame 13:For frame 17 in the tween window, the "Tween with" change to first frame.

For the "Frame to add" is just the same (put 3):Then the last frame should looked like this:Try to play the animation by click the play button at the animation window and see how it done:For the next stap u just have to save it into gif file by going to File>Save for Web...In the Save For web window...

In preset columm, change optimized file formet to GIF, for the colour must be in 256 colour as for the other "option" don't touch:Then click Save, save to where ever u want and put what ever name u want:Next, find the file and open it to see it's ok or not ^_^:In the end, just save the file in photoshop file then it's done! This is just the sample that i done of how to create GIF file:
